NB Knives is committed to delivering your handmade Damascus and high-carbon steel knives safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing, delivery, and international orders.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Since each knife is individually handcrafted, some custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. You will be notified if your order is expected to take longer than usual.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing (for international orders), or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Free Shipping
We currently offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment's progress.
Lost or Damaged Packages
NB Knives is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. NB Knives is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for address corrections after an order has been dispatched.
