At NB Knives, every blade is handcrafted with care and precision. Because our Damascus steel knives are made by hand, each piece is unique — and we stand behind the quality of every one we ship.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14days of delivery for unused, unsharpened items in original condition.
Eligible Returns
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item received
- Item significantly different from description
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items that have been used, sharpened, or modified
- Items returned without original packaging
How to Return Contact us via our Contact page within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item. We will provide return instructions.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping
- Defective/wrong items: We cover return shipping costs.
- Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Exchanges We offer exchanges for defective or wrong items. Contact us to arrange.
International Returns International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.
