Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging. Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable unless defective.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at [your email]. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
