Refund & Return Policy

At NB Knives, every blade is handcrafted with care and precision. Because our Damascus steel knives are made by hand, each piece is unique — and we stand behind the quality of every one we ship.

Our Commitment to Quality

We inspect every knife thoroughly before it leaves our workshop. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, we will make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unsharpened beyond factory edge, and in original condition with all original packaging.
  • Because each knife is handcrafted to order, we are unable to accept returns based on a change of mind for custom or made-to-order pieces.
  • Knives that have been used, sharpened, or modified are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your knife arrives damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.
  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at our discretion.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at nbknives006@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our confirmation and return shipping instructions — do not ship items back without prior approval.
  3. Pack the knife securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
